Special Ordered Items
Special Order items are any item noted on the item page as Special Order or that this item will ship in a specified number of days, usually noted in bold red or black print. These items, once placed, cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. All Sales are Final.
Return Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Unless defective, returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packages. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges including any taxes or duties associated with the return of an item. We do not refund the shipping charge to you in the event of a return. You will be refunded only the amount of the item returned less a 20% processing fee. If the parcel is returned to us by the carrier, you will be responsible for any return charges incurred by us. Any claims for defective material, shortages, or overages must be made within 2 days of receipt. Please contact customer service at customerservice@paintsuppliesdirect.ca for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
